Return Policy
  • If your products are flawed, damaged, or defective, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to let us know. You might be eligible for a refund or a product exchange, depending on the category and state of your purchase.

  • Please note that we cannot accept the return of items purchased by consumers who later change their minds.

  • On the product page (Return Policy tab), you may always see the current terms and conditions.


VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM


  • If the delivered item is physically damaged or otherwise flawed (damaged or defective in some other way).

  • If the product you receive is wrong or missing parts, for instance, the presentation or specifications don't match what is stated on the website.

  • if the size of a product does not match the one that was ordered.


REASONS THAT WON’T BE CONSIDERED VALID


  • The item is no longer useful to you.

  • You've changed your mind after placing the order.


TERMS & CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT


  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be brand-new, untouched, and unwashed. 

  • The product must be kept with all of its additional items, including freebies, original tags, warranty cards, and user manuals.

  • The item may not be manipulated in any way and must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging or box.


ISSUANCE OF REFUNDS


You can send your items back using a different courier if your items are eligible for a refund. You can count on your refund to be handled seven business days after we collect your items and after we've gone through quality control.


In certain instances, unexpected challenges or shipping delays may cause the refund procedure to take longer than expected.
